Community Missioner (Full time)

Full time. Salary: £29,737 plus 5% pension
Are you passionate about transforming lives and creating lasting change? Do you believe that ministry can go beyond programs and truly shape a community? If you're looking for more than just a job, this might be the calling for you.  We are seeking someone who sees ministry as an opportunity to make a difference—to bring hope, joy, and love into our local community. This role isn’t just about following routines; it's about building relationships, inspiring faith, and igniting a positive shift within the community.  With recent investment secured, We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced Community Missioner who can hit the ground running, with a proven track record of engaging, and discipling people into existing churches and new worshipping communities.
 
Could it be you?
  • Do you have a passion for Jesus and to build kingdom people in the local community?
  • Can you pioneer, plan and develop sustainable initiatives which spark interest in faith, and lead people into discipleship?
  • Can you identify, develop and inspire people to grow into leaders who can take over the running of initiatives?
  • Are you able to work with different groups and organisation levels within the community to draw people together and deliver on opportunities.

Children's and Family Worker (Full time)

Full time. Salary: £29,737 plus 5% pension

If you're looking for more than just a job, this might be the calling for you.  We are seeking someone who sees ministry as an opportunity to make a difference—to bring hope, joy, and love into the lives of children and their families. This role isn’t just about following routines; it's about building relationships, inspiring faith, and igniting a positive shift within the community, in line with our ambitious renewal plans.

 
Could it be you?
  • Do you have a passion for Jesus and to build kingdom people in the local community?
  • Have you got experience of planning and developing sustainable initiatives to spark interest in faith, and lead children and families into discipleship.
  • Are you passionate about creating and researching the best initiatives and offerings, in the theory and practice of children’s work.
